What is the IGENTX Childcare Digital Partnership?

Who is the partnership for?
Nurseries, preschools and early learning centres that want a professional online presence without building an in-house digital team. Each partnership covers one centre.
Can one partnership cover more than one centre?
No. Each partnership, including Enterprise, covers one centre.
Where is IGENTX based?
IGENTX is based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, and works with centres remotely through video calls, email and messaging.

Are prices in USD or AED?
All partnership prices are in USD and billed annually. Monthly figures are equivalents, not a monthly payment option. Full software pricing is on clayox.com/pricing.

Yes. Cloud usage for your Clayox deployment is included in the partnership package price.
Can we buy Clayox software on its own?
Yes. Clayox software on its own is a separate offering, from $0.99 per student per month, billed annually, with a minimum of 20 students. It does not include a website, hosting, email, the AI enquiry assistant, SEO or maintenance.
What happens if we have more than 25 students?
Starter, Plus and Growth include Clayox for 25 students. Additional students are $0.99 per student per month, billed annually with the package.
Can we add more mailboxes?
Yes. Additional mailboxes are $0.49 per mailbox per month.

What does website maintenance cover?
Plus includes 1 hour and Growth includes 3 hours of website maintenance time per month. Starter does not include maintenance hours. Hours do not roll over to the next month, and work beyond your monthly hours is quoted separately.

Does the AI enquiry assistant create admissions automatically?
No. It answers families on your website, and your team reviews conversations in Clayox and decides which enquiries move into admissions.

Can you guarantee we will rank first on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, enquiries or recommendations in AI search tools. We follow search engine guidelines, build strong foundations and report clearly on what we do.
